The Blessing of Conflict

Most of us are "conflict averse." That makes sense. But when you begin to understand the power of handling inevitable conflict well, you'll learn to embrace the blessing in conflict!

As I watched the scene unfold, I was literally dumbfounded. I watched two friends, two co-workers, two people who proclaimed their love and respect for one another, talk to their friends in such a way that made it sound like they were mortal enemies!

And this was all over an event at the church!
