Formation is either passive or purposeful. How you choose being formed reveals your true desire.

Your life is being formed. It is either being formed by eternal circumstances and your passive permission to allow life to form you. OR you are actively allowing eternal wisdom to form your life. The Fire of God's wisdom is meant to form you for an eternal perspective. If you are humble enough and courageous enough not to allow life to make you bitter but allow Gopd's grace to form you better, you will face life knowing NOTHING can destroy you!
